(Premier or the Company)<\/strong> by 1 notch to <em>gy<\/em><strong>A+ <\/strong>(Foreign Currency Rating) and<em> gy<\/em><strong>AA-<\/strong> (Local Currency Rating) on the Guyana national scale, and <em>Cari<\/em><strong>A- <\/strong>(Local Currency Rating) on the regional scale<strong>. <\/strong>A <strong>stable<\/strong> outlook was assigned.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"badge\"><strong>RATING SENSITIVITY FACTORS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Factors that could, individually or collectively, lead to an improvement in the ratings and\/ or outlook include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">Sustained growth in profit after tax (PAT) by &gt;15% over the next 2 years without adversely impacting regulatory capital and asset quality<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">An increase in the concentration of good quality, liquid fixed-income instruments leading to improved asset risk<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">Sustained growth in tangible net worth (TNW) by &gt;15% over the next year<\/li>\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">An improvement in the credit rating of TRINRE Insurance Company Limited (TRINRE or the Parent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Factors that could, individually or collectively, lead to a lowering of the ratings\/or outlook include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li data-mce-word-list=\"1\">A 2-notch deterioration of the credit rating of any of Premier\u2019s reinsurers by A.M.
