(Premier or the Company)<\/strong> at <em>Cari<\/em><strong>A- <\/strong>(Local Currency Rating) on the regional rating scale, and<em> gy<\/em><strong>A+ <\/strong>(Foreign Currency Rating) and<em> gy<\/em><strong>AA-<\/strong> (Local Currency Rating) on the Guyana national scale<strong>. <\/strong>A <strong>stable<\/strong> outlook was maintained.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/craftedcaribbean.com\/caricris\/rating-releases\/rating-premier-insurance-company-inc\/\">Download Full Rating Rationale<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"badge\"><strong>RATING SENSITIVITY FACTORS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Factors that could, individually or collectively, lead to an improvement in the\u00a0Ratings and\/ or Outlook include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Sustained return on equity (ROE) of &gt;12% over the next 2 years without adversely impacting regulatory capital and asset quality<\/li>\n<li>An increase in the concentration of good quality, liquid fixed-income instruments leading to improved asset risk<\/li>\n<li>An improvement in the credit rating of TRINRE Insurance Company Limited (TRINRE or the Parent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Factors that could, individually or collectively, lead to a lowering\u00a0<\/strong><strong>of the Ratings and\/ or Outlook include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>A decline in ROE to &lt; 4% for 1 year<\/li>\n<li>A 2-notch deterioration of the credit rating of any of Premier\u2019s reinsurers by A.M.
